I'm Megan Besler, CEO and published author, and I'm thrilled to share our journey with you!

  

Our story began on a whim, an inspired idea that blossomed into something truly special. Over the past 2.5 years, we've experienced monumental sales and growth, moving from our roots in St. Louis, MO, back to my home state of Iowa. This move, fueled by a desire to be closer to family and navigate personal changes, set the stage for even greater expansion. We purchased a warehouse and launched a comprehensive rebrand that has propelled us to new heights.


At Moon Water Apothecary, we specialize in a wide range of products that harness the power of nature and the moon. Our offerings include candles, best-selling reed diffusers, room sprays, body care, and more, all designed to infuse your space with tranquility and positive energy. Our dedication to quality and innovation has not gone unnoticed; in our first year, we were honored to be featured in Cosmopolitan magazine!

My journey is deeply intertwined with spirituality and energy work. I channel energy, practice tarot, and read energy through music, infusing this passion into every product I create. This connection to the metaphysical enhances the unique essence of our offerings, bringing a touch of magic into your everyday life.

MOON WATER APOTHECARY'S REBRAND! 

 

The past year has been one of profound change, both personally and professionally. In the midst of navigating a difficult divorce, I found myself packing up my life into a single car, along with my beloved pets and the heart of my business—Moon Water Apothecary. I left behind almost everything else, including my home, to seek a fresh start across state lines.

For eight long months, I worked out of a 140 sq. ft. room, pouring every ounce of my energy into keeping Moon Water Apothecary alive. Originally, the plan was to rebrand in March, but the challenges of my personal life forced me to push that goal to the summer. The sudden move and the need to get out as quickly as possible meant leaving many things behind, which dealt a huge financial blow to the business. I truly had to start over, and everything I had planned had to basically be postponed. But I refused to give up.

Out of these hardships, something incredible happened—a new beginning I could have never imagined. From working in a cramped space, we suddenly found ourselves with a brand-new warehouse, a massive upgrade that came seemingly out of nowhere. With this new space, we were able to completely rebrand and relaunch Moon Water Apothecary.

   

Today, Moon Water Apothecary has emerged stronger, with new bottles, new scents, a whole new style, and an entirely revamped website. We have more products than ever before, each crafted with the same love and intention that has always defined our brand. This rebrand is not just about a fresh look—it's about resilience, growth, and the magic that can happen when you refuse to let go of your dreams.
