We’re excited to offer select Moon Water Apothecary products for wholesale! If you’re interested in carrying our handcrafted fragrances, we’d love to hear from you. However, we’re very selective about who we work with, as we want to ensure our products are sold by those who align with our brand.

Wholesale Terms & Requirements:

**STORE ELIGIBILITY**

• Physical Shop: Store must be a brick & mortar in the USA. We will not sell to online online businesses. If you have a physical shop with an online store, that is fine, but no stand-alone e-commerce or online sales. 

• Store Reputation: Store must be in good standing with 4+ star reviews.
If you're just getting started, that's ok too! We will take these on a case by case basis!

**COST & PRICING**

• MSRP: We offer wholesale pricing at 50% off CURRENT MSRP.

• Minimum Order: A $500 minimum is required for all wholesale purchases.

• Shipping & Taxes: We do NOT charge taxes. 
We DO require company to pay for shipping or provide us a prepaid label.

• Prepayment: Payment must be made in full before order ships. 

• Payment: Invoices will be sent through PayPal or Shopify. Whichever is easiest.

• Returns: Wholesale orders are final sale (no returns). However if something  arrives broken or damaged in transit we will always replace. 

• Pricing & Sales: You may price our products at whatever you want, however the MSRP is based off of our CURRENT prices. You may offer any sales you would like on our products. (example: spring savings, holiday events, etc)

**SOCIAL MEDIA**
• Media Presence: If you have an active social media presence we ask that you share us a time or two per month, and we will do the same!

• Social Media Sales: You may NOT sell on social media platforms. Absolutely NO Tiktok Shop, Facebook Marketplace, eBay, Amazon, etc.

**OTHER INFORMATION**

• No Dropshipping: Your products must be stocked directly at your physical location. 

• Product Selection: At this time, we are only offering a curated selection of our products for wholesale which you will be able to choose from.

• Branding: While you are free to set your own pricing, our branding must always remain visible on our products.

• Application Process: We carefully review all potential wholesale partners before approval, and we cannot accept everyone. We urge you to reapply in a few months if you're denied!

• Etsy/Amazon/eBay: If you have a brick-and-mortar store and want to sell online, you may do so through your own website. However, selling our products on platforms like Etsy, Amazon, Faire, eBay, or similar marketplaces is strictly prohibited. Our brand is exclusively sold on these e-commerce sites by us, and we do not permit wholesale vendors to list our products there.
