Delicate Byzantine Chainmaille Necklace in Copper

Byzantine is one of the oldest chainmaille designs in history, thought to date back to ~300 BC. Similar to Box Chain, this necklace is both beautiful and bold. This necklace was entirely handmade - from each individual ring to the forged hook clasp. After creating the rings from wire in our studio, they are carefully connected link by link. Strong enough for daily wear, this piece is also stunning to wear for special occasions.
