Pinguicula ehlersiae (White Flower) is a rare perennial butterwort species native to Mexico, first described in 1979 near Guadalcázar, San Luis Potosí by Mrs. Renate Ehlers. This heterophyllous species produces seasonal growth: up to 60 compact succulent leaves in its winter rosette (November to April), and about 25 broader carnivorous leaves during summer.

The white-flowered form of P. ehlersiae is especially prized by collectors. Unlike other forms that redden under strong light, this variety maintains green foliage year-round and produces elegant white blooms. Its sticky leaves capture small insects, providing both nutrients and a glistening ornamental display.

A must-have for collectors of Mexican butterworts, Pinguicula ehlersiae (White Flower) offers both rarity and timeless beauty.
